Pad Kra Prow is our signature dish, and it's truly a spicy love letter to the flavors of Thailand. Our signature Pad Kra Prow is stir-fried with many choices of marinated protein, fragrant Thai basil, garlic, and fiery chilies all wok-seared to perfection. Each Pad Kra Prow is topped off with a fried egg and served with jasmine rice. It's a dish that brings back memories of home, the Issan Province of Northeast Thailand, where our chef, Jintana, learned the recipe from her mother.
